Jesolo Faro (The Lighthouse)
The area surrounding the lighthouse is the westernmost district of Lido di Jesolo, with a great beach very popular among the young, thanks to the concerts and on-the-sand festivals organized by the historic clubs located near the lighthouse – a structure signalling the estuary of river Sile.
This area is also renowned for its trattorie – or eating houses, small restaurants with reduced menus – proposing a cuisine based on fresh fish from the nearby sea and lagoon.
In the surroundings there is plenty of campsites, villages, hotels, guest houses and apartments for a pleasant holiday by the sea.
Quiet and easy to get to, Jesolo Faro is the location of choice especially for those who prefer a quiet vacation in an area which is lively but secluded. The beach is wide, offering services, with many 4-star hotels, serviced apartments, and garni (B&Bs) overlooking it.
